There is no indicator to show where to turn into the location and it’s a busy highway. The woman and man working are not personable they have no people skills. Seems there are several employees at Uhaul who don’t like doing customer service in a professional way. Find some friendly workers

These people were very rude. I whispered softly to my daughter and the woman said, "Be quiet, I'm on the phone!" They have the attitude that they're doing you a favor by letting you give them money. Not to mention that the place looks like somewhere that a serial killer dumps bodies. Don't go there alone. And it's filthy and dusty. And they have cats. Plural.

The after hours location is an unlighted gravel parking area outside the gates of the destination. For whatever reason, the online check in did not work (I repeated the process 4 times over 40 minutes and had to retake photos each time since they weren't current enough - from 10 minutes earlier). The issue was around sharing location - I agreed each time and then it crashed when it kept asking for me to share something I had already shared. Guy was nice the next day confirming the manual check-in by email and I talked with him on the phone, but this online return system leaves a lot to be desired. I have used Uhaul 10 times in the last 6 months and the online tools have basically doubled the return time.

Lady was very unfriendly. Trailer was dirty and lights didn't work. Location office smells, vodka bottles in window, cat roaming the office and it's dirty. It's the only location that had the size of trailer we needed. The older man before us was getting friendly service, we were treated like a nuisance complete with eye rolls and irritation in her voice.

Too hard to find. Needs bigger signs off the side of a busy highway. We passed it and had to turn around.

Don't change my drop off location. My dropped off location was changed by 8 miles.

The staff was very informative and pleasant to work with.

This location could use better highway signage so as not to miss the entrance.

GPS did not work and was a little hard to find.

24 hr drop off seemed nice but the place was incredibly hard to find- when searched online the map showed it across the street. Kind of difficult to drop the trailer in front because the business was closed and gated off.

The person who helped me was friendly and gave me directions to get the transport in position very well. She unhitched the trailer and sent me on my way quickly.

The truck I reserved was not there when I arrived. Apparently it had been involved in an accident, but nobody called to tell me that ahead of time. Instead I had to drive 12 miles away to pick up a truck that was 6 feet longer than the one I reserved. It was a "for sale" instead of a rental, so they had to completely reenter all my information. Then they basically coerced me into buying the damage insurance because it was a "for sale" truck, implying that my liability would be greater for that reason. I went ahead and paid the extra $14 just to get on with things. By this time I was nearly an hour late and had people waiting on me to load the truck. And this truck was terrible to drive -- I can see why U-Haul is selling it off! It's definitely seen better days. All in all, it was a disappointing experience.

Signage was poor on the highway and we missed the turn.

Not sure if I am Receiving money back since I returned it two days earlier than expected?

The signage could use some enhancements!

Found bald spot on truck tire at check in, they were quick to agree it needed to be taken out of service.

She was awesome, friendly fast and I was in and out within minutes.

I was initially scheduled to pick up the trailer in Hubbard, OR. Weeks later I was told to pick it up in Sherwood, OR. The next day I was told no trailer could be found in Sherwood and none could be found anywhere. Then, I was told to pick it up somewhere in Northern Portland the day after I needed it! Finally, I was told to drive to Salem and pick it up! The trailer I needed was in Salem!! Cost me another night's stay?
