HERMAN MI was told by customer service that a manager would contact me. I was lied to about return location. Cost me money!!! $$
Timothy Nwhen I checked my unit in, it was not recorded properly in the Uhaul national database so 16 days later I got a message that I need to return my rental or pay for it so I had to drive to this location and walk their enormous lot, find the trailer on my contract, get their management to acknowledge that they did have it and record it with Uhaul which was bothersome and avoidable if the office had done their job properly.
