We were overcharged and had to dispute the charge with our bank. The trailer we rented needed to be cleaned before we could use it. It was full of leaves. When we questioned the office staff, the individual was not helpful.

Superb customer service
Manlio BThe gentleman we spoke to when we dropped the truck off was not friendly and also told us that if we didn't fold the blankets we rented that we would be charged a cleaning fee. We were never told this upfront or we would have had it done before we dropped the truck off. I called the store we rented from because they were so much more helpful and friendly originally, and the guy on the phone said that it was "store discretion, and this guy was just being a jerk", and I couldn't agree more.
