As a first-time U-Haul customer, I had an excellent experience using the 15-foot truck. The self-service process through the app made things much easier and more convenient. The only small challenge was that, since it was my first time, it took me a bit longer to figure everything out. But overall, everything went smoothly and the truck was in great condition.
