We rented the truck in Springfield (about 5 miles from our house). They sent us to Sherman (about 20 minutes from our house) because they had no trucks. Then they were having computer issues, so it took about 2 hours to get all the sign in stuff done. Then they didn't have all the blankets we ordered in Sherman so they sent us back to Springfield. Worst experience of my life . .

I reserved a 26' Truck at the Clearlake location, yet when I arrived, there was no truck available. Had to drive to another location to find a truck, when I got to the second location, they did not have the 5x8 trailer that was reserved. Just a horrible start to our 600 mile move.
RICHARD LI reserved and confirmed a larger truck with a appliance dolly. I got a smaller truck and no dolly. This caused a more difficult and longer move. Doubled the milage because of having to do two trips which made this cost more. Why call the customer to confirm everything when you know that the location is a pickup and drop-off only and has no equipment. Very disappointed and cost me more.
