I reserved and confirmed a larger truck with a appliance dolly. I got a smaller truck and no dolly. This caused a more difficult and longer move. Doubled the milage because of having to do two trips which made this cost more. Why call the customer to confirm everything when you know that the location is a pickup and drop-off only and has no equipment. Very disappointed and cost me more.

JOHN RMy only dislike was the inside of vehicle wasn’t clean. The rep at 800 that handled my FINAL reservation was AWESOME. The previous rep reserved a truck that WASN'T AVAILABLE. The final rep was apologetic, and empathetic and got me squared away.
Pamela LI had reserved an appliance dolly as well, none was in the truck, no guidance toward how to complete this request so store manager assisted us in canceling the dolly from request. Off-site rentals are great, yet doing all transactions independently a bit confusing. Overall experience was great.
