The mobile pickup was horrible, I never experienced such a bad situation, not getting the verification code to my phone, It took me 2 hours to get it happened, but other than that everything was fine. Appreciate your service

The rate per mile of $1.29 was a bit extensive considering I had to refill the gas I used. $1.00 per mile would be more acceptable.
LORI AThey cheated me and put a broken trolley in the car and I have loaded the car by hands and when I went back there to replace it for unloading they said this place is all online and they didn't have anyone to help and didn't replace the trolley and I had to pay extra miles because they give me damaged trolley
