The first is that when you book online for a late pickup, there's Noone there to give you the key or directions on how to get 1. By the time you notice anything, 10 minutes have passed and you have to call a number on the door. When you call the number, someone answers and tells you, "Nope Im closed and I should not have even answered this phone, youre lucky I answered", as if Im wrong for calling abt a truck that Uhaul already debited my acct for. The agent then tells you that you will receive a code to unlock a box to get the keys but when you get the code, it doesnt work. So you have to call another number and that agent send you a total of 6 new codes that do not work. In the midst of all of this, a tenant and maintenance worker tell you that this happens all the time and that this location refuses to change this and people are always complaining. So I realized that its not me, its the location. Your still on the phone with the agent as well and now have wasted 25 minutes on trying to open a lock. The agent then says, I can find you another location, but I will have to refund you and that takes 3-5 business days and I could charge you for another truck at a different location. You explain that you are not paying for another rental. Because you just paid over $90 for this one. The agent apologizes and understands and tells you that for all of your trouble, you will be refunded it back $50. You think her but ask her, how are you supposed to get your truck. She apologizes again and advices to keep trying. You're adult son gets to you and tries to open it up. 3 times and on the fourth time it finally opens. But you have to literally turn it sideways, push it in and then yank hard. You explain this to the agent and the agent. It's happy for you and tells you she still is giving you a refund of $50 that should be in your account within three business days. You rented the truck July 11 and here it is July 20 and still no refund. You paid for 30 miles and used half of that. Still no refund from that either. This was the worst experience and no I would not EVER recommend this site. Absolutely horrible!

MARCHEL AThe inside was dirty smelly of cigarettes and dust. The truck operated fine, but the mileage was not consistent with the paperwork and when I bought that to the associate attention, who was distracted by chasing her grandson around the location, she said it was nothing she could do.
