Make sure there's gas in the vehicle. It should have been at least an eighth of gas in the truck. When I got in the truck is was near empty. I was told to put a forth back in there and the will give me twenty seven dollars back. Then I was charged for two days when I rented it for twenty for hours. Charged for two dollys. I was charged a hundred and thirty dollars for twenty four hours. I've had to call management twice. Still haven't gotten the problem resolved. They over draft my account which leaving me to pay fees. Not happy at all

DAVID VThe guy I was dealing with was more interested in watching his TV show than working on my reservation. When he got me checked in he gave me the keys to the truck and said "here you go". Didn't tell me what truck I had and didn't offer to help me hook up the trailer. I had to ask for help with the trailer. It seemed like it was a big inconvenience for him.

BERNARD POn 1/30/26 i rented a uhaul ONLY from here on the uhaul app, pre-check in. Somehow i was mixed up with someone who had car repairs done here and my card was charged $432.36. The clerk was nonchalant and didn’t seem to care when brought to attention. I had to wait into after the winter weather to go to my bank and file a dispute. I still have yet to receive my money back and it is 2/10/26. Be mindful when renting a uhaul from here! Poor customer service skills and negligent!
