I was scheduled to pick the truck up at 8 o’clock. When I got there, it took me almost 45 minutes to get the truck because the system was down and they could not find my reservation. The location and the lady that was trying to help me was fine. But as big as UHaul is, they should have fell safe, so that customers time is not wasted.

Jinny FThe truck has issues with braking. On several occasions when I braked at stop signs, the truck would keep accelerating despite my efforts pushing down the brake pedal and would eventually come to a complete stop in the middle of the intersection.

CHRISTIAN FAfter drop off the u haul truck. Came back to Dallas, she call me , you are not returning furniture moving stuff, we charge you 50 dollar + full charge equipment fee. We have a invoice we are not renting. After 30 minutes she call , everything ok. You don't need to pay any thing. Terrible experience .
