truck was clean, needs alignment, extremely loud. A/C was exceptionally good.

The truck was clean THE REAR SHOCKS WERE COMPLETELY GONE I HAD TO DRIVE 30 miles per hour And still everything in the bag bounced around and some damage…’
mac HI was scheduled to pick the truck up at 8 o’clock. When I got there, it took me almost 45 minutes to get the truck because the system was down and they could not find my reservation. The location and the lady that was trying to help me was fine. But as big as UHaul is, they should have fell safe, so that customers time is not wasted.

Jinny FThe truck has issues with braking. On several occasions when I braked at stop signs, the truck would keep accelerating despite my efforts pushing down the brake pedal and would eventually come to a complete stop in the middle of the intersection.
