The agent knew I was returning the truck that night at about 9pm, and assured me that he would be on duty. However, he left work at 8pm and I had to use the AI to check the vehicle back in. That is not my preferre option, especially when promised that ther would be a live agent to handle this. Bottom line ... don't promise service that you will not provide !!!
