Make sure gas gauge is accurate. I put 3.2 gallons of gas in to make it full and only drove 19 miles. I noticed right away something was wrong and called the pick up location and got no response. I was also given bad information as to when I could return the truck. There were 2 additional times I tried to contact the store and got no response or return call.

Inform people when they do their reservation to download the application and read the agreements and pre-fill the required information prior to picking up the truck. It will save them time.
Mark HThe truck had about 1,000 miles on it. Nice truck, easy to drive. But the cage that separates the driver from the cargo is loose and rattles. A LOT!! Very obnoxious over 250 miles.
STEPHEN NI had a family emergency that was beyond serious and I rented a tow dolly for a day for around $60 bucks that included insurance and just for having it an extra 12 hours they jumped my bill up to $180.00. Never again will I ever use U haul g for anything!!
MARK CI wish I would've been told that I had a 65 mile limit moving from Springfield to Sidney. 65 miles is nothing.
