Nick's Auto was Great but I made my reservation on the "corporate" 800 number so I think my allowed mileage was wrong. I asked to rent Urbana, OH to Avon, IN but had to pick up the truck in Springfield and drive it to Urbana where the load was. At the end I had to pay extra miles for going to Urbana even though the fuel tank was at 9/16 instead of the required 5/16. It's a silly complaint and the only thing that wasn't perfect.

Very good experience including check in. They even hooked up the trailer and unhooked it when I got back.
Roderick LMake sure gas gauge is accurate. I put 3.2 gallons of gas in to make it full and only drove 19 miles. I noticed right away something was wrong and called the pick up location and got no response. I was also given bad information as to when I could return the truck. There were 2 additional times I tried to contact the store and got no response or return call.
Larry GInform people when they do their reservation to download the application and read the agreements and pre-fill the required information prior to picking up the truck. It will save them time.
Mark HThe truck had about 1,000 miles on it. Nice truck, easy to drive. But the cage that separates the driver from the cargo is loose and rattles. A LOT!! Very obnoxious over 250 miles.
