gualder rThe system was down when I arrived and had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get the truck that I ordered. The place was great and obviously the technology was beyond their control
Melanie WI asked and paid for a dolly to move boxes, it wasn’t at the location when I arrived and I was still charged for a dolly. I was upset about this, naturally, and they told me that I could drive around to different locations to try and find one (on my moving day). The truck only came with less than a 1/4 tank of gas.
