I saw where someone earlier had given them 1 star because the office was disheveled... and it was! To the point of...wow, this is really interesting. But the representative there was as nice and friendly and helpful as he possibly could have been and the truck was clean and in great shape. So 5 stars!! Great job!
WILLIAM BYou rent a uhaul in a snowy day without the proper tires . This was an awful experience and the return was a pain as the app wasn't working and also been overcharged. I now have to call and fix your overcharged $. Totally a failure
