No secure drop box to put keys in when not staffed.
MIKE NYour mix up caused me serious financial hardship & a lot of stress. Not only did you charge me for a broken mirror, which i listed on your app when I got the truck, but I was charged for almost a week after returning it. Ive used uhaul many times in the past, but not sure I would use uhaul again. I was highly disappointed.
KEVIN DStorage units/ U Haul and no one around. I self serviced my return and then couldn't find a drop box. Called the phone number and left a message stating where i parked and i couldn't find a drop box. I had my wife drive me around the backside of the storage area where as i did find a drop box (I hope).
ERIC BI did not receive any communication about pick up details. When I arrived there was no one on site, so I called and was able to remotely check out the U-Haul. It would've been helpful to receive an email/text saying what the steps are for pick up (e.g. If no one is on site, call ___ number to check out remotely. Etc.)
