It was tricky to start my U-haul truck, attendant helped me start it, not sure if anything can be done about it. Alignment was not good, a little hard to drive.

This is not specific to this location but to uhaul in general. Every single time I reserve equipment now, I get a call that my reservation is being cancelled or moved to a different, more inconvenient location and when I call to get assistance the rep on the phone is indifferent and hardly helpful. I rent from uhaul several times a month and have spent thousands on uhauls in the last couple of years through my businesses but I now plan on taking my business over to Home Depot since they offer truck rentals with unlimited mileage and show more transparent availability.
