JAMES BU-Haul location was great, U-Haul corporate is a mess. Made this experience a nightmare. Again, this location efficient, clean, great customer service, super helpful.

(6 gals for a 20 mile round trip) (someone got free gas on me) Location was great, U-Haul Equipment need to be better than other rental trucks. Probably will never use U-Haul again.
