When I got the first truck home there were two large flat screen televisions in it and had not been cleaned. After I returned it they apologized which was great. They also gave me a truck that was too small so I had to make two trips instead of one. I told them how many bedrooms and things I had.

Gary BNOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE! Canceled moving day truck!! Clearly they did not check the back of the truck before we took it. We picked up at 9 am in the rain, didn’t even start using it until 4pm, we opened the back and it had moving blankets and hand truck that we didn’t ask for, that took up room we needed and TWO huge flat screen TVs laying in the floor. The truck was returned the way we found it!! Never use U-Haul again and checking the truck back in took over 30 minutes!!!
