2 main problems with the location - first, there was no mention that the truck and the actual lock box were not in the same location, so I spent about 15 minutes driving around the parking lot looking for the lock box when it was in an entirely different parking lot next door. Secondly, I had reserved a truck from a location MUCH closer to my house (about 15 miles closer roundtrip), and on the day I was supposed to pick it up (although guarenteed to be there), I got a notice on my phone that it was not available and now I would have to drive those extra 15 miles to pick it up in another location -- with NO credit on the addtional distance. I think they call that the "bait and switch" in some businesses? I'm sure that has less to do with SC Glass and more with Uhaul's software system, but in the end, it was not a good experience because of that.

It was just a very limited store - accessories and U-Haul inventory.

Paul PIt was unclear where to drop the keys off since the drop location was in an Elks Lodge parking lot. It would have been helpful for the drop instructions to indicate the key should be returned to the glass shop in the shopping center next door.
