I made my reservation for a Renton pickup two weeks before I needed to move. Two nights before the move, I was called and told there were no trucks at that Renton location that fit my need. They apologized and I ended up having to have someone else pick up the truck at this Tacoma location, drive it up to Renton, load everything, then drive it back down. I was told I would be reimbursed for the extra mileage. The truck had a crack in the windshield and broken glass in the back, my brother and dad both cut themselves on the broken glass. I was then charged for the full amount, no reimbursement given for the mileage. I've called customer support and it's still outstanding, they have no record of the promised reimbursed mileage. Long story short, if you want a reservation to actually mean something is reserved ahead of time for you, don't use this location. If you don't want to bleed on your items from broken glass in the back of the truck, don't use this location. And if you want them to honor their word on reducing costs, don't use this location.Donald K.

I was charged for equipment I didn't get or was not available onsite. I also didn't want or need the safe trip coverage as my insurance covered me. The best part was I needed to put more gas in the vehicle than what I got in the first place. The store reps couldnt have been nice though.Steven D.

Have someone there on location that works for uhaul !! The young lady said she did not work for uhaul was just dispensing a truck. She could not answer questions! I was unable to get the contract I wanted because of that! Then spent THREE HOURS on the phone trying to get someone to answer. Was told I had a n agreement and it could not be changed even after I carefully explained that I had just picked up the truck and was seeking to finalize the agreement. I was transferred FIVE TIMES each time waiting through delays and explaining the situation over and over. And this.... I was assured by a lady in the last call that I had ample extra time because I was taking it back to original location. YOU CHARGED ME ANYWAY! I have used U-Haul many times. You have lost this guy. Never again! Finally, reimburse the $119 that you took without my signature or agreement. On 4:20 p.m. the first day of rental I had a assurance there was no time limit in my case returning to place of origin. She said all calls are recorded, so go there and confirm then reimburse the $119.Ray F.
