Truck was very dirty and not clean from the previous customer. Since it was the only vehicle available I had no choice to take it and cleaned the seats and console and back of the truck before having my personal belongings put inside. I’ll definitely look for other solutions in the future.

Try to keep the system up. I couldn’t pick up my unit through the phone because the entire Uhaul system was done. I had to go in-person to get keys. I wasted 45 extra min, then arrived late to my appointment because of that system failure. The merchand had to take a picture of my idea and credit card on his personal phone. NOT SAFE AND UNNACEPTABLE. All clients in the same situation had to do the same to proceed. This is the reason I give a single star. The rest was good (location, equipment, service desk).
Rudy DGet the trucks clean before renting it to another customer. Truck was dirty with tissues in the cab, cookies were still on the dirty floor, few trash still scattered inside Inside the truck was not cleaned. Rented some liners but none were included, the guy told me to look inside another truck to get some, those were full of old grass and leaves The only thing that was great (why I gave 1 extra star) was that he didn't charge me for the liners as I had to go fetch them in another truck, hard of access with bunch of garbage behind it
