Hakim BTruck was very dirty and not clean from the previous customer. Since it was the only vehicle available I had no choice to take it and cleaned the seats and console and back of the truck before having my personal belongings put inside. I’ll definitely look for other solutions in the future.
Michel GTry to keep the system up. I couldn’t pick up my unit through the phone because the entire Uhaul system was done. I had to go in-person to get keys. I wasted 45 extra min, then arrived late to my appointment because of that system failure. The merchand had to take a picture of my idea and credit card on his personal phone. NOT SAFE AND UNNACEPTABLE. All clients in the same situation had to do the same to proceed. This is the reason I give a single star. The rest was good (location, equipment, service desk).
