FABIAN O.The éconoline was not clean, the truck was stocked in the ice and we lost 45 min to move it from the parking lot. I asked for blanket when i did the reservation and i had no blanket with the truck. I had to go back home to find alternative to protect what I was transporting. Very disappointing experience and add to that, the truck was vibration a lot when we were on the highway between 70 and 90 km per hour.
