You called me the day before I was to pick up the truck that I reserved and let me know that it was not available. The only way to get that sized truck was to drive an hour north which was not possible. I’m not sure that U-haul understands what a reservation is. As a result, I had to pick up a much smaller truck and a trailer at two different locations, which was very inconvenient.
