The Coralville, Iowa location was awful. They didn't have our truck available and only called us 15 mins prior to our appointment time to let us know. Thankfully, the Tipton location was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us.
Tobin D.No one was there to give me a price of what I owed to my credit card. I guess I will have to wait to get my statement. The one person there was not much help. This was in the early afternoon.
John C.People working that location have no idea what they are doing. I also wasn't originally suppose to pick up my vehicle here but my pick up location was changed a day before my move. I had to drive a extra hour to get the truck on my own dime. I had booked a online reservation months in advance to avoid this.
