The trailer was well maintained. Had no issues mechanically. The trailer did need to be swept out due to debris from the previous person, but it was not a big deal.

We really needed the Jacksonville hwy location we requested to pick up the truck. Disappointed that we had to drive from Dallas (in our vehicle) and drive all the way across Tyler to pick up the truck and then drive all the way back to the Jacksonville hwy area to load it. I realize you have that right but was disappointed and inconvenienced at a difficult time in our lives.

Scheduling person at Uhaul needs to confirm business hours of pickup location. I reserved a 8am pickup time. I was sent to location that did not open until 9am. Very inconsiderate. I had movers waiting until my arrival to load the trailer.

We originally rented from the location on Hwy 64 in Tyler. When we went to pick up the prepaid truck, no one was there and the location was closed, even though their hours said open. That location shouldnt be able to operate business in that manner. Thank goodness American Storage worked with us. Excellent customer service and can do attitude!
