Had pickup scheduled for 2pm and showed up and there was a sign on the door saying gone to lunch until 2:30. We had movers showing up assuming we would be able to get the truck around 2 so had to pay for them to wait for the truck. Person also had issues with system and it took a long time to get my payment to go through.

Customer service sucked there was a lock 🔒 on the U-Haul could not open the back door tried calling the office nobody would answer had to get a locksmith to cut off lock cost me $140.00 😡
CHRISTOPHER MI reserved a dolly and blankets but when I picked up the truck they didn't have any.
CHARLOTTE WAfter hours parking is impossible. There is no after hours parking. Or atleast indicate and warn people before they have to park ater hours.
