TERRELL JMel was so very helpful when she reserved our 20 foot uhaul truck. She went out of her way to be sure we understood everything and gave us great information. She was patient, kind, friendly, as well as efficient. I had lots of questions because I don’t rent often and we were traveling a long distance. Mel took care of us and made us feel good about the reservation. The trip was great and Mel contributed to that because of her help on the front end. I could tell she was honest and that meant a lot and helped me enjoy the 4 day drive. If anyone in the area needs to rent a uhaul I highly recommend using Mel and her location.
