The team went out of their way to help me. OUr home was destroyed by Hurricane Milton and it took 7 months to repair. When the day came for us to move the small amount of furniture we had accumulated, the budget rental company we had reserved our truck with texted me 5 miniutes before pickup that they did not have a truck for us. Frotunately, U-Haul was only a mile away and when I showed up to see if they could rent us a truck, they made it happen and were very understanding. They made the rental process quick enough so that I could be ontime to greet our friends who were helping us move. Thank you to our U-Hoaul team and we are customers forever now!

SHAWN DI originally had a reservation for a location much closer to my home, but when I called a day early to see if I could delay the pickup by one day, I was informed that they did not have the inventory. I had to drive almost an hour to the new location. What concerned me most was that nobody was going to tell me this and if I hadn't called, it would have disrupted my travel plans.
