I'm a little suspicious about mt check-in. I dropped off the trailer at 8:30 this morning with over a day left available for my use. I just received my "drop off" receipt via email a few minutes ago that said I dropped it off at 2:54 this afternoon. Was that a clerical error or did someone use my trailer and my excess time? I'm only concerned because if they had wrecked it on my time, I'm afraid U-Haul would've held me responsible because technically, I hadn't turned it in yet..

Rick LThe app process was difficult. I provided all my information when I made the booking, but had to take multiple steps to re-enter much of the same information I provided in the booking. I chose my pickup and drop off, yet it made me enter my current location (where else would I be when picking it up?) and made me choose my drop off location even though I had already determined where that was in the booking. The drop off choice was limited to one location that was an hour from where I planned to drop it off. Take the information given during booking and use that to process the pickup. Standing in 90 degree sun on my phone to go through all these steps again wasn’t great and kept me from getting on the road for an additional twenty minutes.
