Learn some better customer service skills . Be gentle and polite to your customers. I will not be returning to this location . I was given a dusty interior truck with a tire light own . It had a musty old smell inside of it . The bed of the truck was full of black stuff that got all over my stuff. When I asked about the light that was on . I was told oh it’s fine the sensor isn’t connected to the truck anymore. The tires were full of rocks and mud on the driver side . The gas hand was two lines to E. I was given two keys . Only one worked . No one informed me . I told them I would be returning the truck the following afternoon. I was called at 9:30 a.m. saying I need to return it now . It’s late and it needs to be back now because a customer is waiting on it . I stopped by the location in the usual to get something out my vehicle. No one said anything then . Even though I told them what time I’d be retuning it . I took it back at the time I told the gentleman when he called being rude. He asked are you sure it will be back then . I returned it a few minutes before I said I was , and I was charged for another rental day . The place was closed by the time I turned in the keys . Also I tried to pay with cash , the guy said no cards only because I didn’t want to go through all that paperwork and deposit stuff.
