You changed me $5.00 + credit card charges. Because I went over my miles. I got to my house at 1:30 pm and the next morning I took the truck to the mechanic shop then turned the truck and trailer off at the location. Again shove that laptop where the sunshine doesn't shine. You are not customer friendly.

Denise CLearn some better customer service skills . Be gentle and polite to your customers. I will not be returning to this location . I was given a dusty interior truck with a tire light own . It had a musty old smell inside of it . The bed of the truck was full of black stuff that got all over my stuff. When I asked about the light that was on . I was told oh it’s fine the sensor isn’t connected to the truck anymore. The tires were full of rocks and mud on the driver side . The gas hand was two lines to E. I was given two keys . Only one worked . No one informed me . I told them I would be returning the truck the following afternoon. I was called at 9:30 a.m. saying I need to return it now . It’s late and it needs to be back now because a customer is waiting on it . I stopped by the location in the usual to get something out my vehicle. No one said anything then . Even though I told them what time I’d be retuning it . I took it back at the time I told the gentleman when he called being rude. He asked are you sure it will be back then . I returned it a few minutes before I said I was , and I was charged for another rental day . The place was closed by the time I turned in the keys . Also I tried to pay with cash , the guy said no cards only because I didn’t want to go through all that paperwork and deposit stuff.
