william G.trailer hitch was rusted up, and took 2 people to break it free cost me time and just much longer than it should have to hook up. On the previous day I made the reservation in person, I stopped in to pickup the trailer the next day. The reservation made- scheduled it to be returned to the wrong location, phone calls had to be made, the reservation didn't get corrected. I ended up taking the trailer further than the reservation agreement.
