Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Why was there no dolly in the truck. Why is the cockatoo closed at two pm on the freaking afternoon and why the hell would you allow drop off after closing?! Also I was not told it all had to be done on my phone. Wey very unhappy and will never recommend again.

ANA AThe location was too far for my preference, as I specifically selected a location closer to my residents, which was an option selected based on the reservation selection process. They were too far, they also didn't have my appliance rental for me as requested, the truck was clean but it drove badly. It jumped and was a bit difficult to control, the jumping or bouncing didn't get any better as it was driven, it was a terrible truck to drive. It got the job done, but I regret taking this truck off the lot. I should have asked for a replacement. But the time didn't allow it as I needed to move on the exact date I picked it up
