We had to connect the trailer to our truck yourself. The office had no locks.

Alphonso NFirst off my reservation was changed the day before my p/u and then I was lied to about it.. I was expected to know how to hook up a dolly to the rental truck smfh which I was towing my car to a shop I was terrified the whole way praying nothing happened then I lost my credit card somewhere I think at p/u in the yard which I couldn’t find until I was at the gas station to refill it but it was closed by the time I arrived there so I was going to call in at 7a but at 530a I was charged another 172 dollars on top of the 128 I had already paid this is so wrong but hard lesson learned I will never patronize that location again oh and I was also told I had to put the dolly back in a corner of the yard between other tow equipment that was almost impossible just ef’n wrong
