How U-Haul Reviews WorkUhaul has really lowered it standards. I will never use your company again. I rented a 9 foot van through the 800 number, the lady that scheduled my appt set it up for only three hours without telling me, I didnt find out until the time of pickup the van was double booked for that day. I had already hired people to help me. The gentleman at the Waldorf office, told me the fee was 80.00 dollars, when I got home he attached and additional 20 plus dollars. So my total cost to rent a van for three hours was over 100.00 hundred dollars. (TOTAL ROBBERY). When I call again the 800 number, this guy I spoke to would only give me 50.00 dollars off my next rental. So on a Saturday when it was raining hard and traffic was off the chain, I was getting rod by uhaul. Thank you for NOTHING!!!!
