we droped the keys in the box. Well lit and looked safe. It was snowing when we dropped off. (Droped off the truck after hrs but forced to answer "where the personnel helpfull')

JAMES WDefinitely would not be renting out a truck that has a check engine light on for a coolant leak. That’s a major liability for it to blow up and leave someone stranded. In lower gears (20-40mph) it’s very apparent there’s an issue with the truck. The staff at the rental location was super friendly and would definitely recommend but definitely worried about my safety driving the truck.
LILLIAN LThe appliance cart I paid for was not in the truck and the store was already closed. This was a major inconvenience as we were moving large furniture and appliances. I called customer service and was told to go to another location to pick one up. All locations were many miles out of our way. I will not do the online pick up ever again. Always talk to a person face to face so you don’t end up in the situation I was in trying to figure out how to move heavy items without a cart
