The appliance cart I paid for was not in the truck and the store was already closed. This was a major inconvenience as we were moving large furniture and appliances. I called customer service and was told to go to another location to pick one up. All locations were many miles out of our way. I will not do the online pick up ever again. Always talk to a person face to face so you don’t end up in the situation I was in trying to figure out how to move heavy items without a cart

Overall things went just fine. My only issue is that Uhaul switched my location and set everything up but then when I arrived at the new location it was closed and they had not sent me the code to unlock the key so that I could use it. I had to call customer service to have them find me yet another location and reserve that. It was not much further, but considering I also have to pay milage. Also, I had people set to be at my house to help move, and had to contact each person to come later because we were delayed. It did all work out, but when it is already a stressful situation of moving, it just causes that much more stress.
GEORGE CThe app didn't respond properly, so it took me 45 minutes and a live person to get my truck. Also, the truck had a dolly in it that I didn't want and was in the way when I picked up my cabinets
