The van that I booked was not available. I called the day before to confirm and was told it was all good. I ended up getting a larger truck which I did NOT need and paid a lot more for gas. Very disappointing.

LEOPOLDO AThe process to rent a U-Haul from this location is very easy and the staff is very friendly.
Ray LIt's not the gas station's fault but I would not recommend this location because I specifically rented a dolly and I found out when I got there that they did not have any. When you live on the 4th floor that's not something you want to be surprised with. To at least be notified would have been nice. Thankfully the movers had their own equipment but if I didn't have movers I would have been stuck having to drive all the way from Watertown to Waterbury. I also had about a 65 mile trip and am trying to understand how I initially paid for 40 miles when I first got the keys for the truck, then they charged me a separate $65 fee for mileage which should be $25. 65-40=25
