They harped on me about keeping the truck clean, but they didn’t even clean it. Good enough from the prior use. There was old salt in the dash from french fries that were there before before, and there was an old french fry in the passenger side door.

Unfortunately a 24hr rental cost me over $200! Rental $135, gas $40 which is understandable.. However because I went a few miles over what I anticipated, I was charged and extra $40 .. I returned the uhaul in the condition I received it plus a little extra gas.. I will never use uhaul as a source to move in the future! Highway robbery!!! Very disappointed!!
COREY LThere seemed to be a mixup as to the drop off time. Also, despite selecting "no" to the insurance several times I still got charged for it. As a result of the hidden fees and the insurance charge I likely won't be using this service soon. Staff at Aubuchon was friendly as always.
