This location is a honestly an embarrassment for U-Haul. It's a pig sty! I will never rent a U-Haul of any kind from this location again. I don't believe the person behind the counter knows what they are doing. I twice debated the price of the truck and felt judged because I questioned the price breakdown. The first time I was being charged for three days vs two and the second time I questioned the price because the rate of the truck was wrong. Ialso never had the option to accept or decline the insurance. It was just added without my decision. The person behind the counter said "she was told U-Haul just recently increased the rates!" I just paid the rate and told her I would call Phil at corporate to get it adjusted. The person knew there was a problem because she said multiple times "if there's something I did or an issue with me" please let me know. I just shut my mouth, finally got the keys and left. I didn't want to be there anymore. This whole experience was a disaster and I rent LOTS of U-Haul trucks and equipment for my business. You can easily verify that statement! And the return/check-in of the truck was no better. I think an honest evaluation should be made to keep this location as a U-Haul center.

There was a question about the mileage which she cleared up
MARTIN BRose was outstanding, she was kind, helpful, understanding and funny...She even liked The "Western Channel" just like my husband. We felt welcomed from the get go. We were new to the rental idea and changed our contract several times at 1st, but Rose didnt mind one bit...She always sent confirmation email meach time. We rented 4 trucks from her and went the extra mile to give us the best deal, even by calling the main Uhaul Rentals for us.... Each Time we came we were greated by her wonderful smile and positive attitude.... We were sure glad it was a great experience...because haul 4 Uhauls at different times sure got to be exhausting...
