Mike MThe lock box was a bit confusing...at first the numbers didn't seem to click or work.. but after some time I realized you had to twist the knob to unlock. I think the lock box needs upgrading ... personal optinion... I know what to do now if I rent a uhaul truck if no changes are made so all is well.
