This is the second time in a row that the trailer I rented was too dirty to use as-is. This one had thick black goo (I think automotive grease) and oily residue over much of the floor and some of the rails. The corners were grimy and gritty. We had to wash the entire floor with gasoline to dissolve the grease, and then wash with soapy water. This is ridiculous - the trailer was nowhere near "clean". The previous trailer we rented had a white gooey substance on the floor - it looked like caulking. We're moving furniture and household belonging and cannot tolerate grease or other gunk on boxes that may be placed on brand-new carpet and other flooring. The check-out people I've dealt with have been excellent at the checkout process, but whoever is supposed to inspect the trailers has really dropped the ball.

There was no one available on site when we went to pick up and had difficulty with the app loading and processing each component is asked for. We repeatedly had to call to get help. The lock boxes for the key to the truck were difficult to open and it took awhile to get it to work. The pictures required by the app wouldn't upload, so we left with the truck and tried again at my house hoping faster wifi would help the situation. It did not help, so we had to call again and be allowed to bypass the uploading images section on the app.
Amber YThe app sucks would not let us check in for 2 and 1/2 hours finally they open the store and the lady said she'd make note of it and she was sorry but yeah that your app does suck. Like I said we own three businesses in fort Collins and I'll put a note in all three business windows to not to use U-Haul unless this is straightened out and I get a refund for the insurance it's ridiculous
