The app sucks would not let us check in for 2 and 1/2 hours finally they open the store and the lady said she'd make note of it and she was sorry but yeah that your app does suck. Like I said we own three businesses in fort Collins and I'll put a note in all three business windows to not to use U-Haul unless this is straightened out and I get a refund for the insurance it's ridiculous
