Personnel were VERY helpful. Only problem was the app wouldn't work to take picture of the odometer. So I had to go into shop. They were very helpful but it was a bit time consuming for me to try to use the app twice, and then have to go again with shop agent to do milage and such.

Made an online reservation with Uhaul and they charged me extra miles to return the truck. Obviously I need to drive from my house to the drop off location - please fix your system and refund my extra milage. When I picked up I was told that is how it is done.

Bart PDid not have proper safety devices. Had to travel with load to get them from other Springfield location. Terrible inconvenience. Will be sending bill to either above named U-Haul company or West Springfield location.
