UHaul moved my location from Chicopee to West Springfield the day before the pickup. We had rented a hotel near the Chicopee location because we had a 7am start. This new location was a veru small operation, wasn't open until 8am and had no assitance or mneans of picking up extra material such as blankets, dolleys, etc. I called UHaul and they were very curt and offered no assistance to chnage the location we expected back to Chicopee. Nothing against this location, it was Uhaul's decision. Disappointing!
