Well, stop charging for an extra day without telling the customer. I was 15 minutes late because I had to drive 15 Mike's on 3-lane (one lane each direction) country roads to get to the location and I wound up behind a tri-axle (dump truck) so I got back late. The location only acknowledged 3 days but charged me for 4. Also stop changing reservations without informing customers. I had a reservation at a location 2 miles from my house and even though u-haul has that $50 reservation guarantee, there was no trailer available and uhaul customer service didn't offer the $50 instead the system changed the reservation to a location 20+ miles away without informing me until I called customer service and they second time. All to swindle their way out of their $50 reservation guarantee policy

The truck we picked up had the last persons empty garbage left in the cab and the in,side of the truck had dirt/soot that left stains in my furniture.

More damage than expected. No radio, no blinkers and trailer lights did not work. Also, only had 1/8 tank of fuel. Would consider renting from uhaul again but only if money was taken off of this terrible rental. No consideration given to the people that rent especially military like myself that move every 12 to 18 months.

Let the customer know in advance where equipment is to be picked up if different location not wait the day before to let customer know vehicles are not at location picked so you have time to regroup as I had to, my vehicle was towed near Original picked location I had to drive back to original pick up point to get vehicle.

Unreasonable charges after rental and unwilling to change when asked. Charged CLEANING FEE ($25) for folding blankets left in the truck. Told me that was "in the contract" which was incorrect - no mention of needing to fold blankets. Truck and blankets were perfectly clean and in good order upon return.

My reservation was for 9am and I waited an hour and a half to get the truck because the person that does it was behind the line, cooking in the restaurant area. He also did not come out and inspect the truck. The internet was down, so that also prolonged my wait time. I will definitely use a different location for my uhaul needs

The staff at this location was amazing I would highly reccomend then as they were professional and friendly. This is of no fault to the staff at this location but U-Haul has let me down again and I was forced to drive an extra 1hr and a half to pick up my rental prior to driving 26 hours across country. I know I know, U-Haul is going to fall back on the pick up location is only a preference. U-Haul knew two weeks in advance that I was reserving a uhaul and had ample time to place a trailer at one of the dozens of locations that were closer. I intend on buying my own trailer and renting any moving trucks for my frequent military moves from another company due to the unreliability of U-Haul.

Wiper blades were no good and the one on the passenger side was broken and scratching the windshield. There were also two marker lights and a license plate light out. I was too pressed for time to bring it to the shops attention so I rigged the wiper blade to not harm the windshield.
I was not asked if I wanted/needed insurance, it was automatically added to my bill and I was asked to sign for it. I didn't think at that time to refuse it, so I ended up paying for something that I was covered for according to the bank whose credit card I used.
