People were good. Your reservation system is terrible and completely unacceptable. You changed my drop off me know less than 24 hours before it was due to a location an hour away from me. You cost me over 2 hours on a day when I was already driving multiple hours. Shame on you.

They had a problem with their computer system - yet were able to use their cell phone to get me hooked up. When dropping it off using the app, I was automatically charged a $15 cleaning fee for a completely empty and clean trailer - I was given the option online to dispute it and hopefully it will come off my credit card.

Robert SActual office was filthy, and I stated clearly that I was returning truck to 5010 Buffalo road in Erie PA. The guy at the desk put in West 12th Street which is several miles in rush hour traffic to return a truck. I had to call and wait on the phone for them to fix his ignorance.
