The 24/7 check in with the app is horrible as is the entire reserving online process. Two weeks in a row this was messed up and trucks confirmed to have been rented at a somewhat desired but not ideal locations were moved to completely out of the way locations and then took over an hour to check out on the app. This weeks truck I had to sit and wait for store to open. Chances are after 40 years of renting I will start going elsewhere and advising others to do the same

Kelly CPeople were good. Your reservation system is terrible and completely unacceptable. You changed my drop off me know less than 24 hours before it was due to a location an hour away from me. You cost me over 2 hours on a day when I was already driving multiple hours. Shame on you.
Doron SThey had a problem with their computer system - yet were able to use their cell phone to get me hooked up. When dropping it off using the app, I was automatically charged a $15 cleaning fee for a completely empty and clean trailer - I was given the option online to dispute it and hopefully it will come off my credit card.
