The ladies that I picked up from were absolutely the sweetest ever, and then it drop off the gentleman was very polite and kind. Grade A service!

Poor customer service. Rude and acted inconvenienced to service for a U-Haul. Scheduled pickup weeks ahead time and staff was +30 mins late. Wouldn’t recommend picking up from this location. You’d be better off somewhere else.

GERRY GI rented a 10 foot truck for 19.95. I had it for 24 hours and paid for the safe move also. When I went to turn in the truck, I later received a bill charging me for over $500 in damage. I would not recommend renting anything from this location. I will be calling the U-Haul Customer service and making a complaint.
