I rented a 10 foot truck for 19.95. I had it for 24 hours and paid for the safe move also. When I went to turn in the truck, I later received a bill charging me for over $500 in damage. I would not recommend renting anything from this location. I will be calling the U-Haul Customer service and making a complaint.
Cameron COver charged, was supposed to be $40 ended up spending over $100 somehow. Drove less miles (30 total) than what I signed up for (50 total)
AUSTIN LThere was no drop off box on site, we had to drive around looking for the box. Eventually we noticed the hotel next door had a U-Haul sign on the front door and we dropped the keys off with them. Really need to have pictures or more clear directions for the drop box at drop box locations so it is either easier to find or note that it is inside of a building next to the drop off site.
GATES LAir the tires and fix the check engine light. Clean the cab better.
