The lady was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. She told me the moving blankets were dirty and used, I told her my order had a Dolly she said no it didn't and I asked to add one She said she could not. Customer service a zero, truck cleanliness a 9. I will not use this location again!

The storage part of the truck was the perfect size for our move & it was clean. The driving cab of the truck was dirty & had a lot of cigarette ashes in the cup holders & on the floor. Our move was local but I think if someone was using it to move to another state they would have been disappointed/upset.
