They did not know I was coming and at first did not want to accept the trailer. Eventually, told me to drop it off in the back.

The pick up location had nothing to do with me picking up the truck! The problem was the APP. We spent 35 minutes getting the truck with help from an online customers service!!! It was very stressful to say the least!!! Fix your APP.. Thank you..
Luann P.Give us a truck with no gas dead battery. Started off the dealer had to jump start it. Every time we stopped had to be jump.started. U haul co. Sent someone with a new battery .IT FIRED RIGHT UP.
