I was excited to drop off the truck- My nerves were on edge the entire trip. I still have pain in my back from the stress that came with this rental. Routine maintenance of cars would help improve customer service. Working with more local mechanics would also help. It took over 4 hrs for a service technician to finally get to us to help with U-Haul. So being stuck in 90+ degree weather, with a pregnant child and a dog was tough.
