This location showed that it had truck share 24/7. I booked the truck for 7:30 am the first time or that’s what I wanted and then the owner called me and told me that he won’t be able to do that. I had to get the truck at 8:45 am which did not work well for me. I put two dozen blankets in there and I got maybe only 3 or 4 but I didn’t pay for them to be fair. The owner was rude from the beginning and the place looked really bad and smelt really bad. At the end of the rental I returned the truck online and paid for everything. I didn’t have time to refuel it because I had somewhere else to be so I paid the fuel charge. The owner called me and told me I had to come back to pay for the fuel even though I already paid. Ended up costing me $30 more than what I paid through the app when I checked it back in. He also threatened me by saying he’s going to make a complaint against me and was calling the boss or whatever. I also got a water from his shop in the morning at the beginning of the rental which I forgot to pay for and he kept saying that I cheated him when I clearly just forgot and he knows that. Overall his attitude was really bad and was really rude and he told me to never rent from him again which I will never do because of how I got treated.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was excited to drop off the truck- My nerves were on edge the entire trip. I still have pain in my back from the stress that came with this rental. Routine maintenance of cars would help improve customer service. Working with more local mechanics would also help. It took over 4 hrs for a service technician to finally get to us to help with U-Haul. So being stuck in 90+ degree weather, with a pregnant child and a dog was tough.
