The lock on the back was somewhat difficult to open. Other than that, nice to be able to get the truck early before customer service was available.

Gregory HCoastal motors was great I would give them a five star rating. My only negative is that I was on hold with the UHaul customer service line for so long I had to drop the call and find answers another way which was not ideal.
