Don’t include ridiculous, hidden fees, like “after hours charge.” Also, the truck that I reserved online was not in the lot when I arrived so I had to arrange the rental of a different truck with a Uhaul operator on the phone because the desk was closed (despite my paying the “after hours fee”).

KINSEY WI rented 20 ft truck for 2 days and the girl told me with pad rental and 2 days insurance it would be 299 and some change but if I turned it in early I would get an adjustment so why is my bill 337.00 I replace gas and cleaned and folded pads. I’ll never use uhaul again.
