THe Uhaul attendant was friendly attentive and helpful but . I spent 10 minutes shoveling a foot of snow out of the bed. I thought he was kidding . He said if an employee got hurt they could sue the company. this is company policy. . Dont you have workers comp? If you cant deliver something that simple you should not be in business.

The person who helped me was great. I live closer to another location but go out of my way for this one.
CASEY NThe inside of the cab was caked in dirt. When we opened up the box to start loading it already had dirt and stuff all over the floor. Set the reservation up online filled out questions and stuff on there and when we showed up to the location the guy at the desk asked the same questions all over again so what's the sense on doing it online to make it quicker?
